How our subscription and billing works
Our AI tools provide suggestions and recommendations based on available data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, these suggestions are not guaranteed to be perfect or suitable for every situation.
Important: Final decisions about your career, resume content, and job applications are your responsibility. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before using it.
We continuously improve our AI models, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our AI-powered features.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using our platform, including resumes, cover letters, and other documents. Udemere does not claim any rights to your content.
Our Platform: Udemere retains ownership of our platform, software, and any content we create. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.
License: By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Prohibited Activities:
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Udemere's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you via email or through our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
